Return & Refund Policy

At Aitch Fitness, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
• Certain products such as nutrition supplements, opened personal care items, or customized equipment are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

1. Contact our support team at support@aitchfitness.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Pack your item securely with the original receipt and RA number included.
4. Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. For size or model changes, standard shipping charges may apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Nutrition & supplements once opened
• Clearance or final-sale products
• Personalized or customized fitness equipment

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or card provider. If the issue continues, contact us at support@aitchfitness.com for assistance.
